That Embolism could be the new Batmobile. It looks like a current Lambo with alot of extraneous sharp edges.

So I've heard.

It's growing on me. It's angularities take the maker's concepts a bit further than anything before. It's an antidote to all those smooth aerodynamics which Aston, Ferrari et al put out. Reminds me a little of the Edonis.

+1 Since the Countach, Lambos are supposed to be angular, with sharp edges...that`s the selling point.

The second car (the yellow, Alar) is more round, which is probably supposed be more like a futuristic Miura type design.

I hate the Alar. The Embolado could turn out to be a decent looking car. I really like some lambos. The countach was awesome. My friends' dad had two of them when I was growing up. I wish i had been older at the time.

This is what I found on that subject...

"Lamborghini CEO Stephen Winkelmann has confirmed that the Lamborghini LP640 will appear in the upcoming Batman film The Dark Knight. "The [LP640] will be in the next Batman movie, although we are not paying anything," says Winkelmann. "We do not pay for product placement. And we do not allow our cars to be placed just anywhere. It has to be perfect. Something like the next Batman film is suitable for our image. We will not be in films that we don't like."

Winkelmann told Brandweek the inclusion of the car in The Dark Knight is aimed at increasing sales of Lamborghini in the U.S. by ten percent. No news yet if the $350,000 sports car will be the new Batmobile or driven by Bruce Wayne or one of the villains. With Lamborghini obviously particular about their cars image, my money is on Wayne."
