Yeah, I'll agree here. Double bodyweight pulls is a helluva feat if you're a girl and weigh 105.

Heh... that chick can't finish her cleans because she's spending so much time getting in position. She's losing any elasticity she created by bending down. If she'd just get down and pop right back up, I bet she'd have a better chance. Just my take.

Don't tell her I said that, though. She can probably beat me up.

Drizzt, those numbers are awful, awful, awful for your weight. I've always believed that heavy weight (5x5 rep scheme), especially when cutting, is best. Your body does not have nearly as much endurance as when maintaining or bulking, therefore you want to maximize energy output when your body isn't 100%. But hey, whatever works for you. Do you have any photos of your progress? WAYWT pics aren't impressive at all.

I've actually seen quite a difference in these, especially around his neck, chest, and waist. Looks like he's losing fat to me.

+1 Definitely shed some poundage there. Still looks weak though
