Blackberry Curve

Thread Starter
I just bought a Blackberry Curve last night and am wondering about other members impressions of this phone.

Also, what sites would you recommend that are easy to view on the browser?

P.S. Yes, I've been MIA for a while. The new job, school and family are killing me right now. Hopefully the new phone will help.

I have really liked it so far, glad to be back to a full keyboard

It's pretty impressive, I'm hoping to get one to replace my Palm and Razr and just condense it all into one device.

Beyond 411 is a must have app, as well as Google Maps (duh on that one). I am upgrading today or tomorrow to an 8700 and can't wait.

pinstack.com is a blackberry forum that should be helpful as far as themes, questions, tutorials, etc.

go to wap.getjar.com 9on your phone) and download opera mini, a good microbrowser that makes reading SF on a blackberry almost bearable.

I have the curve, and it's a big step up from the side-wheel BBs, but I'm still getting used to it. Like all blackberrys, it has its quirks.

bradford its really cool that you too bought bb curve but for better browsing capability it depends upon the type of network provider you are subscribed to, moreover it also depends upon wat bb curve model you use coz some of the initial bb curve models dont have 3g capability however it doesn't mean that those mobiles are not capable for browsing web but 3g facility will make those phones with 3g functionality more useful for browsing web. I have charming 8900 curve well fitted into leather blackberry curve cover with 3g functionality and i am on contract with t for 18mnths and so far i have used it for 9 mnths but 3g connectivity t provides helps me to browse web at an incredible speed.
