I don't agree with most of you guys. What you call individuality, I call looking like a jackass. If he were auditioning for a job singing satirical political show tunes (The Flat Tax Rag), maybe. But just maybe. The other guys looked sharp, albeit a bit conservative. Remember fellas, the clothes are supposed to make you look good, not the other way around.
I agree that Raj looked like a jackass. I disagree about the other guys looking sharp. They had bad suits, bad haircuts, and generally looked liked they wanted to be corporate drones, or at least want to play coroporate drones on t.v. One or both of these is true for all these contestants. I also agree with the other poster's point about watchability, although, as in the case of Omarosa last year, at some point the wacky ones have to go if the show is to stay in the "reality" t.v. category. Better than Mark Cuban's show anyway. That should've been named "Kissing Mark Cuban's ass for X number of weeks."

... I  should add that it is a little surprising that, after Omarossa's debacle last season, the only black woman they would choose for this season should turn out to be a total fruitcake (magic 8 ball notwithstanding)...
Unfortunately I am not surprised at all. Most reality shows cast a designated sassy sista'.
