Updown Court

There is a nice mansion in England by the name of Updown Court. It consists of five swimming pools, an eight-limousine garage, 103 rooms, 22 bedroom and bathroom suites, Private cinema, among other amenities. The price tag is 70 million pounds (134 million dollars).

¿Do you think it is elegant or bad taste?. Some people have complained that it's a waste of money and that it's ghastly. I smell jealousy there, however I'm not sure.

I love the idea of it in the sense that nobody builds houses like that anymore. You don't really see enough of it in the video though. I'm generally not a fan of overt opulence, like gold in the bathrooms (or anywhere, really), but if someone told me I had to live there, I'm sure I could deal with it. One of the things I really love about old english manors are the grounds though, and this place seems to have them.

Isn't this house owned by the Mittal Family?

Mittal owns Kensington Palace Gardens Number 18-19. Updown Court is owned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum of Dubai.
