Interest Check: Asics Onitsuka Tiger & Alden 405 (Indy)

I have two pairs of shoes I'm inerested in selling.

The first is a pair of white Asics Onitsuka Tigers with red & blue stripes. Size US 10 1/2. These have been worn for about 6 months or so. Very little wear in the soles. Some indigo on the heels.

The second is a pair of Alden 405's, the Indy boot. These have been worn about a dozen times. The soles have little to no wear. The only signs of wear are two small rips in leather. These are on the right heel, and are not very obvious.

If there's any interesed, I'll post pics and prices.

are the indys true to size? i know some aldens fit a bit large so I'm hoping these might be closer to an 11.

Seems to be some interest, so I'll try to post pics tomorrow night.

As far as fit on the Aldens, I typically wear a 10 1/2 in standard shoes and 11 in running shoes (so my toes don't hit the front). The aldens fit more like my running shoes than any of my others shoes. I guess they're closer to an 11. I would post a question in the main forum to make sure though. I want you to be satisfied, but all sales are final.

As far as pricing...
The Aldens go for about $320 before tax and shipping. Given the scuff on the heel, I'll know it down to $150 plus an extra $15 for shipping (these things are heavy).

The Asics are $84 on zappos. I'll take $45 plus $5 shipping.

All shipping prices are for US.

If you need a reference, I sold my EG quick release to londonj a few months back. He can vouge for my services.

Those Indy boots are awesome. They look great now but will look so much better with some more wear. That Alden model was made to be beat up and improve with usage. Anyone contemplating a purchase should check out the "shoes that look better with age" thread in the SuperDenim forum at SuFu.

edit: I think these are at least a half size too big for me but could you check to see if they are longer than 12" or 12" 1/4 and wider than 4" or 4 1/4. If they fit somewhere within those parameters I will probably buy them.

Normally it is just the sole dimensions but I know that the sole on the Indy portrudes a bit. That makes it a bit more difficult to take the easy E-Bay measurements. If it is possible for you to get the dimensions of just the uppers, I would know or I could just go downtown tomorrow and ftry some on at J Gilbert. I don't think they would fit but at $150, I will not give up hope until I am sure. I hope that was somewhat clear.
