What Spa services do you use regularly?

I am man enough to say I have currently become quite fond of getting a haircut and a manicure every 3 weeks and 6 week pedicure on a reguarly basis. No more worrying about annoying hangnails or just plain grubby looking hands. I believe way back in the day this was the norm for gentleman. Jokes aside at 6 months I get my pores cleaned out with a 30 minute facial. An occassional deep tissue sports massage I've also liked after a solid week of working out. So what spa services do you use if any?

I had girlfriend treat me to a manicure, pedicure, and facial at seperate times and I've enjoyed them. Your hand, feet, and face do look and feel better afterwards and I found them all to be generally relaxing experiences. If money was no object, I would use them all regulalry, but that's unfortunately far from the case so I settle for a haircut every six weeks.

Face is the most visible part of one's body and appearance. If one cares enough to spend so much on clothes, shoes and even manicure and pedicure, shouldn't one have facial more frequently than once every six months? I used to have 2 facials every week a few years ago, now getting lazy and dropping to probably once every 1-2 months.

+1 Beware of "Jerk Nails" though. Some of my lady friends have gotten so accustomed to men with shitty personal hygiene that they think men with manicured nails immediately fall into the d-bag category.

I understand that can be the case in the jungles of Cambodia.

I'll be getting a deep tissue massage this week. It'd be a weekly thing if I could afford it. I use some cheap masks at home. My wife got me into that lol.

Facial every 6-8 weeks.

Haircut every 4 - 6 weeks, and that's about it. There's an old fashioned Russian (Polish? You get beaten w/ birch branches & drink vodka) bath house on my street that I'll consider if only to experience it before it disappears....

Same here. Never had a manicure or a pedicure (I clip my nails). Never had a facial (I wash my face in the shower). I've had massages and enjoy them but I'm not sure it falls into the same category

Massages are definitely SPA!

I give facials, I don't get them.

There is no way in hell I would be able to sit still long enough for a massage or spa treatment. Plus my wife suggested once I go get a pedicure - but I'll be damned; I worked long and hard to get my feet to be as calloused as they are underneath from years of sliding on dojo floors (yes, I know, awful). I'll be back at square one if I were to do that, (literally) bloody blisters and all.

Well, I guess that means no spa treatment for me
