Ragged (!) Trousered Philanthropists - Page 15

Are we still in business here? I'm a 42 jacket, 34 pants, and I've got some stuff that's too big for me, and some that's too small.

There's nothing really notable enough to mention on its own, but if anybody's out there reading, and you're interested to hear what I have, get in touch and let me know.

I have a few suits that aren't by makers you'll hear lauded here, but for somebody with nothing who's a 38S, they might work well for a while.

We are, thanks for dropping by. A pic or two may help, though it depends if you have time. Thanks once again.

Absolutely, I'll snap some individual photos of the suits and a few bulk shots of the shirts and pants I have to offer. There are also some ties, although most are super skinny ties I bought when I wanted to be in GQ.

OK, here's what I've got. First, beater suits, all 38S with flat front, uncuffed pants (first is navy pinstripe, looks black on mobile):

Next, ties:

Shirts on the bottom left are all J Crew slim fit medium, long sleeve. On right are all American Eagle t-shirts in medium, top two were cheap button up short sleeves from Marshall's:

Shirts on right here are all too large for me (I wear a 42 suit, generally my shirts are 16 neck or large, if non-numbered sizing). Top left is a NWT Brooks Brother sweater, also too large for me, middle left is a cheap half-zip sweater and bottom left an even cheaper windbreaker with a hoodie, last two are smaller:

These are casual pants that are all too large for me (I wear a 34 waist):

Three more casual shirts, too large:

And these pants are all too small, I think all 32 waists. The bottom right Levi's are very slim, the others are pretty standard.

As usual, if anybody needs anything, or wants more info, send me a PM or reach out to me through Cleav.

My trousers might be ragged, but my shoes certainly aren't.

I'd like to thank Ron @RIDER for the brown suede wingtips and @dazedstate for sending them to me.

[CLAIMED].

If there's anyone in need of some staples, after moving apartments I realized that it's time to downsize my wardrobe a bit.  I have 5 Charles Tyrwhitt dress shirts in 15.5/33 (three blue, two white) and a pair of medium grey twill Howard Yount trousers (waist 15.5 inches/inseam about 29 inches) that are in need of a good home.  PM me or @Cleav if interested.  Would like to send the whole lot to one recipient.

Back row (whites): CT extra slim fit, Egyptian cotton, spread collar, French cuffs; CT slim fit, poplin, straight collar, French cuffs (slight collar ring)

Front row (blues): CT extra slim fit, Egyptian cotton, spread collar, French cuffs; CT slim fit, PoW check, button cuffs; CT extra slim fit, herringbone weave, straight collar, button cuffs

I never knew about this thread and indeed it's awesome. I might take some pics of some stuff, althought shipping might be a bit expensive but with the $USD/MXN pair, it's going to be quite chip to all of you. :)

CLAIMED.  Any taller dudes want a 63" Calabrese tie?  It's beautiful and in great shape, but at 5'9" I have absolutely no business wearing such a beast.

Send me a PM.
