Vanilla or chocolate soymilk ... Just saying . For your all disdain, pouring little bit of it over cereal on occasion does no harm.

I'm not crazy about soy milk or real milk, so I just rotate back and forth. I normally eat grape nuts (very dense) which doesn't require much milk.

At least soy milk has a long shelf life and can be stored in the cabinet or the fridge. Never have to worry about soy milk going bad unless it's sitting the fridge opened for more than a week. And no milk farts with soy milk.

I also much prefer ultra-pasturized organic milk to normal milk -- tastes better and takes a lot longer to smell funny (but the farts still smell).

Why no soy milk? There are many varieties, most are sweetened but some are unsweetened. It's much better in cereal than rice milk.

Yeah, I don't really like to drink soy milk by itself, but it's actually pretty good on cereal.

Strange, I am taking Soy Lecithin and definitely notice a big positive change in my estimable abilities....unless I'm completely missing the mark as to what you meant by that...

My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and adds small amounts of her muesli to her yogurt pot. It's quite amusing to watch. I suggested putting the cereal in a bowl and adding the yogurt; she said I was being ridiculous.

Nah. It's just an experiment--cutting out dairy for a little while and seeing what happens. I'm also getting a little weary of all the processing that goes into modern dairy.

I tried that recently for 2 weeks---it was fucking brutal. I missed milk in my shakes and with breakfast, and I don't think I fully realized how much cheese is on everything, and how much I love it. I was doing it because of the T-Nation article. No change, though granted I didn't stick with it too long. There are obviously a lot of organic, all-natural milks out there that I think from a nutritional standpoint would be preferable to the alternatives.
