Are the Incotex Sartoriale 35W cavalry twills flat-front also, and a brownish gray? Hard to tell for sure on my monitor. It looks as though they may have a pleat, but I can't be sure.

Again, color-challenged monitor makes we ask about the Zegna 34W flat-fronts and their color--looks like a light olive-tan, but is this about it?

Oh, just thought of it: what's the rise on these two?

Do the Lanvin pants have any extra fabric to let out the waist a bit? Also, where are they made? Thanks

I second that question. I also ask that you grab those in a size 32 if you seem them, because they're just what I'm looking for.

Rise on the pants is about 10.5. Incotex are dual pleated. Sartoriales are a sand color, the first pic of all the pants and the pic of the silk/wool Incotex shows a good color comparison of the Sartoriales versus the grey and brown of the other pants. For those of you that have the "official SF Zegna calvary twill pant", these are along the same lines colorwise. Zegna's are more dark brown than they are olive.

Lanvin pants measure 31 at the waist (15.5x2) with two inches of fabric to let out. They are made by Corneliani.

ed: how would you compare the Zegna and Incotex 34s to the Chu 34s (size-wise)? Pretty much on-par?

sorry everything here is sold except the sweater. I'll try and get more Lanvins as they are very nice. Most of these pants are cut very similar, a typical 32-34 is going to have a 10-10.5 rise, 8.5-9 inch leg opening, 9.5-10 inch knee.
