For sale, I have my Costume National black leather briefcase. This briefcase is very well made. The design is somewhat reminiscent of the Hermes Sac a Depeche. I really like the braided zipper pull on the back of the bag. This briefcase originally retailed for ~$1500 + tax. It still has the clochette and dust bag, which are included in the sale.
The bag has been used as you can see from the photos, but the leather is in great condition. There are no scratches that penetrate the surface of the leather. Just light surface scuffs. Odds are that once you start using this bag, you will get scuffs like these on the bag within the first day of use anyway. The inside of the bag is super clean.
