plastikman has always seemed boring to me. i mean richie hawtin is a god and maybe the problem is that i find most acid house or acid techno sort of boring also. ya this was my third time listening to it, i really enjoyed it but i only vaguely remember what one song sounded like (like a good copy of a Gas song) now listening to

delphic acolyte pretty good even though every review of this album said it sounded too much like new order.

I love plastikman, but I can see how people could get bored. It really takes a certain 'place' to fully appreciate something like him. phildo, you may find these mixes of interest: http://ravearchive.com/mixtapes/Richie_Hawtin Some of them are definitely 'hey you have to be on crazy drugs to like it,' but there's some really banging **** in there. Actually the whole website is ravearchive site is great. Highly recommend downloading, I even donated, which is saying a lot.
