HOLY SHIT! Thank you!! I am a big fan of Patton, I saw him live twice (Mr. Bungle and Lovage) several years ago... IMO he is nothing short of Genius... from the sounds of this first song, it is very Bunglish, makes me think he may have had a big hand in the composition... What a great find, wonderful...

There are a lot of really great songs (if you can ignore the lyrics) on hate machine. It would have been a great instrumental album. The sound design in downward spiral is very good. Another album that would have been wonderful sans lyrical element.

What do you think of the Ghosts album?

I heard it once when it first came out. I will listen again and give you my two cents.

Just sharing this site for those who don't know it The Djam, it is online radio streaming but the content is quality music, a lot of jazz and classic stuff...some trip hop... just all around good music most of the time...perfect for work or having background music even for a cocktail party.. and best of all no ads...for now!

You guys living in the US probably know this, but the KEXP radio YT channel has lots of great live/interview sessions. http://www.youtube.com/user/kexpradio

Cool. Thanks for the heads-up. Are any of you guys on Last.FM? I had to create a new profile after having one for years and years that was *perfect* so my library is in a kind of infancy. I'd like to rebuild my community on there regardless...

I find FIP from the French state broadcaster hard to equal. Wall to wall music only interupted by very short news bulletins. Extremely eclectic playlists. And the gorgeous French female 'dj' to occasionally contribute artist info.. AND NO PUBLICITY which has to be a major factor -  I could never listen to it otherwise. If one watches France 24 tv news (French version) with its adorable female newscasters while listening to FIP one is in a state of permanent tumescence. Love the French.

it's a rare event when a commercial actually contains a good tune
