I don't know that I'll ever find music more soul satisfying than the Oscar Peterson Trio at their peak (the classic trio; Oscar, Ray Brown, and Ed Thigpen).
This great performance of "Chicago" is a perfect example of how that trio could swing like no one else. The fireworks really start at 7:20. ("Live from Chicago" remains one of my favorite albums of any genre):
Specifically the 2nd part of the medley (the Feelin' Good part) but this whole thing is great. Really the whole album this is on is incredible, but this video has two of my favorite tracks.
