That is from Vinnie Vincent's unreleased Guitarmaggedon sessions. (The vocalist is Robert Fleischman, who sang on Vinnie Vincent Invasion's first record from 1986.)

In 1996 I paid Vinnie Vincent a lot of money for a boxed set of his works. He never delivered the product. (Not just me; he didn't deliver to anyone.) One of the products he did deliver was an EP that contained songs from these sessions. I also got a whole bunch of autographs and guitar picks. It's amazing he has any fans left. But irregardless.
