well at this time i'm listening to T&C, Under Par and Identity Crisis from Thrice's album Identity Crisis as i am currently trying to learn the guitar parts for these songs.
if i aint learning parts for songs then i listen to a lot of different things in a short period of time.

If you like that old blues stuff, check out Alvin Youngblood Hart. He's contemporary but really channels Johnson, Leadbelly, etc.

Yeah, me too. Unfortunately, it's probably going to be the highest quality Robert Johnson recordings we'll ever have.

I've listened to some of the samples on his site, and the songs are pretty intriguing. I might purchase one of his albums the next time I go to the music store. I've noticed that he also offers some nice guitar, but unfortunately, they're sold out

Jeez, I got the Robert Johnson box set in college - on cassette. Yes, I was dumb back then.

Right now, though, I'm alternating between two discs:

Bob Dylan - "Love and Theft"
Alice in Chains - Black Gives Way to Blue

The new AIC is not bad.
