this one is an easy one for me - recently i've been listening to some deep-house mashups that go perfect for the summertime! nice, down tempoed, smooth, deep house courtesy of some podcasts from Universal Vibes and Freerange records. really good stuff that'll keep the party going, the ladies grooving, and the drinks flowing.

Have you heard this? Features a young 20-something Herbie Hancock on the keys. As usual, Dolphy is peerless on the bass clarinet!

Just got the new Matthew Sweet/Susanna Hoffs project Under the Covers 2. Whereas UTC 1 'covered' the '60's, 2 is all '70's covers: Carole King, G. Dead, Todd Rundgren, Little Feat, Bread, Yes, E. Clapton, Big Star, etc.

I really dug UTC 1, and this sounded good on the first listen....
