Been listening to Two Door Cinema Club recently, but cannot explain why.

School of Seven Bells. Saw them open for Interpol last night. They remind me a little bit of Cocteau Twins. Their live performances rock quite a bit more than the album tracks, but both are very good, IMO.

LCD Soundsystem - London Sessions I like the live aspect but their music is still overrated.

I've been listening to Adele's album. It's not great, but there are a couple good songs. She's a really good talent.

I like that song. I like little else that they've done. I really like Teen Dream and Devotion. I like what I've heard from her. I would say that the Dusty Springfield comparisons are not unfair. I am a little behind on the Best of 2010 so this afternoon I listened to: Arcade Fire - The Suburbs Good not great. Best Coast - Crazy for You Every song sounds the same to me, but it's a pretty good song. Crystal Castles - Self Titled (2008) It really annoys me that they've put out two albums and they are both self titled. That said, I liked this one more than I liked the 2010 relsease. Girl Talk - Feed the Animals He's clearly very talented and I feel like listening to his music is a reward for diligent listening over the past 20 years. I don't know, however, how well his music will do on repeat listens.
