http://www.bluefly.com/pages....306008# This is the first time I've heard of this, is this something recent? Any comment from someone who've ever tried it? I did see suiting fabrics from Holland & Sherry that are made from cotton and cotton-synthetic blend. I think it was from their last year collection. Any comment? http://www.hollandandsherry.com/coll...2/hs283-4.html

i'm told wash and wear suits were very popular in the '70s. i think it just means it's made with a lot of polyester, which is unattractive and usually uncomfortable, but hey, knock yourself out. i like cotton as a suit fabric. i don't own a cotton suit yet, but for summer it would be nice to have a white one.

The HS cotton fabrics are quite heavy though, 10-15 oz. Is the look really different from a wool suit? http://www.theexecutivescloset.com/f...ottonclub1.jpg http://www.theexecutivescloset.com/f...ottonclub3.jpg
