Very true, I never cut without creatine. The idea is to maintain as much muscle mass as possible; creatine helps greatly.

Unless you're poor, then you may want to save it for bulking.

It isn't masking it, trust me. It still hurts, just has been lessenned. Often even normal motions are uncomfortable for me so the extra bit of relief is very welcome. Plus if I stopped whenever it hurt or been uncomfortable, damn it, I'd never get anything done The only other things I take regularly are protein (trying not to lose muscle mass which seems I am predisposed to) and occassional flavoured chalk tablets...

Water. Lots of it.

I don't use Creatine. Not too fond of its anti-diuretic effects, and I'm too cheap to invest in higher quality creatine that comes w/o them. Besides, my diet contains enough meat/fish as is.

No omega-3 supplement, also for the reason stated above.

No fiber supplement either, as veggies of all kind, especially broccoli/cauliflower/spinach, are my favorite food. The joy of eating at a buffet-styled college cafeteria everyday.

EAS Protein/Muscle Milk: yes, but moreso because I like how they taste/mix with different things/bakable. Weird, I know.

Anything that is considered an herbal or supplement is COMPLETELY unregulated by the FDA. Testing of 2 different bottles from the same manufacturer reveals that the active ingredient can be anywhere from 0% to 200% of what the label claims.
They can make any claim they want with no evidence to back it up. They only get pulled after deaths occur.

No risk if you buy supplements with lab reports from credible labs. Be a smart consumer. This should be fairly common sense.

To answer OP, CEM3 is a beautiful thing. Current supplements:

ON Gold Standard 100% Whey (best protein there is, bar none)
N.O.-XPlode (Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate + NO boost)
Udo's Choice (Omega 3-6-9)
Animal Pak (Multivitamin)
ON ZMA
