Picked up a super sweet Isaia Napoli jacket today. Tomato red in color. The inside pocket tag is marked 100% libidinous cashmere, and there is also a sewn-in tag on the lining stating the same thing.

I have never heard of this before. The material feels like a very, very fine linen fabric with an extra soft hand. Not like any cashmere I have felt before.

Any ideas?

Well, I've seen Pashmina Cashmere, Emperors Cashmere, and Kings Cashmere, but never libidinous Cashmere.

Wait here you go, it's a Valentino thing of all things:

Does the fabric make you all hot and sweaty? Do your glasses get steamy? In other words, does it put you in the mood?

Well, no, the jacket is recent and lightly worn. It is a very lightweight crepe-like cashmere fabric.

Libidinous cashmere goes places where no cashmere has gone before.

Put it in with another cashmere jacket, a few months later you'll have a whole closet full.
