Those shoes were in GQ a couple months ago, definitely hot. I've been looking for some smoky gray kicks like that but can't find any within my broke college student price range. Oh well.

I'm not a huge fan of those but they'd be great with the right wardrobe, but i do want a pair of grey shoes/boots desperately. More of a darker grey like a charcoal or smoke color. Some of the only ones i've found whose style i like are ann d, cdiem and ro though. That **** ain't gonna fly.

If you want a gray captoe in a vintage style, you might check out the Stacy Adams model called the Madison. Stacy Adams gets no love here because of the low rent 'urban' vibe of most of their clothing and shoes, but the Madison is the same model they've been making for over a century. I have had a pair of the Madison boots in brown or black or both for about 20 years....I replaced them only when I lost them.

They wear well and are comfortable, but the color always looks kinda painted on. Still, I think I'm going to put my current pair, the brown, back into rotation.
