damn...what did mafoofan do to you that was so hurtful? you are MAD

"Did you have a hard-on when you took that DB looking shot? Besides the seemingly large arm hole, your shirt fits great, maybe a bit too much drape."

It's that pesky Acqua di Parma autoerogenous effect again !

I can't deny that the scent stirs me.

In which case it may be Acqua di Palma......

I like the similar "shoulder edge" effect in Neapolitan shoulders of a suit as well. Some of the SR suits I've seen give the appearance of fuller upper arms, which no doubt has to do with a slightly narrower measurement of shoulder width.

These pictures are horrible, in my opinion.. but I should post simply because I keep asking for others to post.

This shirt was made by Freddy Vandecasteele.

I'll try to post better pics... everything is kinda 'off' since it was just me taking pictures at a first attempt...but hopefully you'll get the idea.. I think this fit looks good on 'me'... maybe you don't. That's the fun of picking your maker...

Comments are always welcome.

^^^ I think it looks pretty good. But neither of your photos captures how the shirt tucks in. That element is crucial to me.

That's not by Carl; Carl makes my OCBDs and some summer linen BDs.

From what I can judge, I also think these look good. I might make the cuff a little more snug, but I can't say for sure. I get what I believe to be cuffs of the perfect diameter for me, and I was recently criticized for getting them too wide, so who knows.

Thanks, Matt. Fair point... I have another order to pick up soon, so I'll try to get some better pictures together.

Manton, Thanks.

I wear a watch on my left hand. The cuffs fit perfectly over the watch [when I wear it]. I'll try to amend in the near future. I've had snug cuffs..don't like them. I like these cuffs, but it's personal pref.

Well, I get my OCBDs made with cuffs that absolutely cavernous, with left and right sides equal. I can slip three fingers in their easily. That way, I can fit a big watch in and still have the cuffs look the same on each side when I don't wear one. The cuffs on my shirts from Anna are more exactingly cut, with the left cuff cut larger: when I want to dress up nicer, I always wear a watch.

I'm really anal about the way a shirt tucks in. It's not blousiness that I dislike, but conspicuously uneven bunching and pulling. I find that both improper tightness and looseness causes that.

Ah okay. I guess its less obvious in your case because you unbuttoned further down?

That's sort of the point - to make his guns look bigger than they actually are. I heard iammatt pays extra for that.
