I wonder if it is as a versatile cardigan v neck like a v neck sweater.

I'm thinking to buy a cardigan these, but I never had any, so I'm in doubt.
It is exactly this, in black 100% merino Wool.

It will give to use in casual occasions as a simple left with friends, girlfriend, as well as a dinner in a restaurant (more formal).

You must always use a shirt underneath, right? and it goes well with a slim fit jeans or chinos with a desert boots in the winter, as well as a simple pimsoles during the summer?

Cardigans are more versatile than pullover V-neck sweaters, and maybe a step up in formality -- they can substitute for a jacket in casual settings. I'm not a fan of this particular example because of 1. the visible logo and 2. the color.

For the love of all that is decent, yes, you must always use a shirt underneath. And by that I mean a SHIRT. You know, with buttons and a collar. Not a T-shirt. Do not button the bottom button. If worn properly, it would go well with the items you mention.

Yes, I intend to use it always with a shirt inside.

As for the logo I like fred perry, but I agree with you, it could be at least the cardigan color to be more discreet.

The cardigan color is black, you do not recommend this color? it is not versatile for use with all? what color you recommend then?

I actually have a black shawl-collar cardigan. It's OK but less versatile than my navy, gray and green cardigans.

Look into shawl collars if you want a classic, more refined look.
