LEMAIRE - Page 48

The one pleats I have are the brown tweed ones from SP. I don't think the material is exactly the same but the close up picture looked very similar.

If they don't work, give me a shout for sure!

Will do, I'm hoping the fit of these is similar to the suit pants on SP. If those measurements line up then I'll be good.

I'm still looking for a pair of black Lemaire pants, I have navy and grey elastic trousers, navy one pleats and now these.

I own two pairs of lemaire Tweed Wool Trousers very similar to those pics you posted above, only the ones I own are from the year before, and have subtle pleats below the waist band, in addition to a coin/ watch pocket on the right below the waist.

They are hands down the best trousers I have ever worn. Substantial hand with a warm subtle feel, sourced and woven in England. You can wear them casualy by ironing out the crease, or go formal by creasing it up to form a notable pleat.

I'm also looking forward to owning a pair similar but in Black. SP do have a beautiful one pleat iteration for preorder in both brown and black, but the pleat is fairly defined whereas the ones I own are more on the softer side.

Thanks, the ones on their way don't have pleats though, that's my only concern (that they'll be too slim in the top block).

SP have a single pleat trouser, but I'm not sure about the rest of his trouserwear for the coming fw. Lemaire most of the time has Pleated pants. Oh and the trousers you purchased seem relaxed enough. The rise seem slightly longer
post #712 of 1150
Yeah the rise is ~14" according to the seller. I'm just trying to figure out which cut it is. I don't know if it's an old cut that he doesn't do anymore or if it's a pair of the older suit trouser or straight pants that had the fishtail and buckle back that these do.
I tried finding the look book for AW14 that had all the names but I couldn't find it. I'll find out soon enough though.

I do not have any experience with those pants. Not a fan of the buckle and cinch at the back.

I have suit trousers, straight pants, double pleat pants, single pleat pants with the pull string waist, and joggers

Suit pants are probably the most modern fit. I size up in the suit trousers and also did in the straight pants. I only did so for the latter because I thought they were suit trousers when putting in a pre-order, I could probably go TTS. All other pants I go TTS.

I got the pants off eBay. I still have no clue what they are but they are pretty great.

Other shop just got their first few pieces for the Summer, said they'd be online soon but there is a collarless button up that looks pretty great.

You have a picture? When do you think the Lemaire drop will be updated on their website?
They said online soon, with more to come. They emailed me some photos but I wouldn't feel right posting them up.
If you're talking about the pants off eBay I have a very bad photo (they need to be hemmed, the hems are raw and the lining which only goes to the knee is loose, they weren't "new with tags" like it said but for the price I paid I'm pretty happy. )
