Huh, I didn't know that-- very interesting. I guess if I take a multivitamin I get enough vitamins from that.

It depends on the vitamin, don't throw around a blanket statement like that.

That's a helpful website... it actually says that most people do not need to take additional vitamins because they are supplied by their diets. I definitely don't think I eat enough fruits and vegetables to get enough Vitamin C, though.

Ya I didn't pick it for the RDA, I just knew that some vitamins weren't water soluble and it was the first google hit that told which ones

its got sugar in it so nay. the only sugar you should consume should be from fruits. VW is pretty much uncarbonated soda.

I say go with ice water with a wedge of lemon. Your body burns more calories by warming up the cold water and the lemon is supposed to speed up your metabolism.

The amount of calories burned is very minimal and shouldn't be a consideration when drinking. I can either do the math or find an example if you don't believe me. It's on the rate of less than <.1kCal (which our 'calories' really are)
