I gotta be honest from those comparisons, the iPhone looks to have a much nicer lens.

Um... huh? the N7x pics are A: crystal clear in adequate light, albeit with quite a bit of edge distortion (which all cameraphones tend to have to some degree) and B: way above average for a camera phone in low light. The iPhone shot is blurry and uniformly out of focus in adequate light. No low light shot is given. Maybe you should send in your iEyes for cleaning.

Do you mean just chrome plated spinning rims or the ones with neon messages on them?

Wow dude, only you... The N73 shots have awful white balance, compression artifacts, odd lines going through them and unrealistic contrast. The iPhone has less than stellar color representation, but that photo is still comparable to the average compact point and shoot. Although when it comes to more Apple hating, it's no surprise that you could try and make those flaws with the N73 sound like perks.

Brian, you are delusional. You could write a book about fanboyism filled with excuses I haven't ever thought of. Much like a hardcore right wing republican, you always toe the company line, you never deviate from the corporate strategy, and anyone who disagrees with you is your enemy. Have you even LOOKED at the pictures? You can't determine jack squat from the iPhone pic. It's a blurry picture! How can you definitively say the lens is better when 3/4 of the photo is out of focus?

I just got an iPhone last week...I have a treo 750 and the nokia n95 as well and as far as ease to use the iPhone is by far the easiest. Internet works well and at least where I'm at the Edge works very fast for me I hardly ever waste my time connecting to wifi because the Edge works so well.

I can't believe you are arguing the quality of the camera on cell phones, its not like it's a Hasselblad 39 megapixel H3D.

Anyways, James is correct regarding the picture quality of the iPhone: it looks really blurry.

Jon.

Because there's little to no distortion, and it looks like it might actually have some bokeh. Disregarding the fact that the iPhone shot is blurry, the point is that the colors are pretty true, there isn't any noise or artifacts, and the contrast is realistic. None of those things are true about the N73.

Think whatever you want. Whatever helps you sleep at night, man...
