I assume he means that this was THE Fragrance everybody wore in the early 1990's... sort of like Drakkar Noir was in the late 80's, so for many people it's smell is a throwback to the free-wheelin' early 90's (j/k).

Anybody ever shell out for Acqua di Parma? I'm not a huge cologne guy myself, but I've always been curious.

Yeah, also Eternity. And more recently, Aqua di Gio. For women, I can't stand Chanel No 5. Smells like my mother

I recently purchased a bottle of Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Pour Homme, and I really like it. You may want to try it out.

Yeah, for die-hard perfumistas AdG is the fragrance equivalent of Kenneth Cole square-toed shoes...
