I bought these on the B&S forum a while ago and haven't touched them besides trying them on once (the fit wasn't slim enough for me). I'm asking $150 shipped for them, same as I paid. Here are the details from the original thread: Model: Cortinia Fly: Zip Buttons: One waist, one tab Pockets: Two rear welt, two front quarter top, one watch pocket waist Lining: Lined to knee Pleats: Two reverse pleats Waist: 30" (with two to let out) EDIT: Actual measurement is more like 31.5". Length: Unfinished (only Brioni's basting stitches) Thanks for looking!

What's the length of the inseam?

Is the actual waist measurement 30"?

The inseam is 33" as they are now. If you don't want cuffs, the inseam could be considerably longer (see photo of unfinished hem). Laid flat, the waistband measures 15.75" across -- so the actual waist should be something like 31.5" right now, although this can obviously be adjusted by a tailor. The tag on these is 46R; I put "30 inch waist" in the title of this thread because the original poster (from whom I bought them) had labeled them such.

The original post is apparently too old to edit, so I'll add here that the actual color of these is not quite as dark as in the third photo, but definitely darker than the mid-gray represented in the other three photos.

Are these 100% wool?

rnoldh - Yes, as far as I can tell. Does Brioni make any pants that aren't all wool? The tag inside says "100% WV" under "composizione" -- does this refer to the material?

Asch,
I believe Brioni does make pants that are not all wool such as cotton/wool, cashmere/cotton, wool/silk, blends and many other fabrics like mohair.

WV is virgin fleece wool as opposed to WO which is just plain wool.

Here are the abbreviations used on tags:

* WO- Wool aka Wolle

* WV- Virgin Fleece Wool

* WP- Alpaca

* WL - Lama

* WS- Cashmere aka Kaschmir

* WM- Mohair

* SE- Silk aka Seide

* CO- Cotton aka Baumwolle

* LI- Flax/Linen aka Flachs/Leinen

* HL- Cotton/Linen Blend aka Halbleinen

* HA- Hemp aka Hanf

* RA- Ramie

* CV- Viscose

* CMD- Modal

* CUP- Cupro

* CLY- Lyocell

* CA- Acetate

* CTA- Triacetate

* PA- Nylon aka Polyamid

* PAN- Acrylic aka Polyacryl

* PES- Polyester

* EL- Elastane aka spandex

* ME- Metallic

* AF- Other Fibers
