Jackets for the Rain

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, still new here.

I'm looking to buy a jacket that can accommodate for the rain. Something for a dude thats into leather biker jackets, skinny jeans, and boots. Kind of greaser-esque style. Any recommendations? Obviously not a leather biker jacket since they do not have hoods and I already got one!
150 price range max. Don't want to drop a lot of this because it doesn't rain much in California.
