Maybe this is for a scene where Bond sneaks into the secret lair for SPECTRE where all the henchmen are dressed like undertakers?

The DB suit is equally horrible, the pics in that photoshoot you linked to are even worse (with that comes the sad confirmation that Monica Bellucci is past her prime...)
