As of right now it's not that big of a deal. It's all contingent on Asad an the Ba'ath leaving.

Those people cannot obtain such weapons in secret nor can they transport in secret. When such weapons are sold it is with tacit approval, imo. I would love for the source to be exposed. I bet it is Washington probably sourcing them from Bulgaria and funneling through Turkey.
