No. Not a story. No more of a problem than it was a month ago, 2 months ago, 6 months ago, a year ago.

Them being able to print REAL passports, is a real problem, as they are close to undetectable. Which can become a huge problem for everywhere else and the people who actually hold a genuine one and are in need of help.

The fake passports are a bigger issue now, than they were earlier, alone based on amount and how far spread they are. If the reports are true and upwards of 30% of syrians refugees are intact not syrians. Then there is a problem.

This didn't get a lot of news coverage, when it happened.

I remember that story and was surprised it was swept under the rug.

Now please shut up.

Oh thank god they blew up one building that could print passports. Now that the building is gone the entire problem goes away.

Seriously, what exactly do you think you just proved?

For fuck's sake. Just go away.

ISIS allegedly having passport machines means nothing to anyone in the Middle East. It doesn't belong in this thread. Go wring your hands somewhere else.

Here's what's going to happen. I'm going to stay here and write my opinion. You will do nothing about it. If you don't like my posts block me. you seem to have a problem where when your opinion is criticized you break down like a child. Just because this isn't a concern in your mind doesn't mean it isn't a concern for other people. You are not so intellectually superior to other members of this forum that your opinion supersedes theirs. You are not a special flower.

But here's the thing, you and Henny Penny will not ruin this thread like every other thread in this forum. You weren't involved in this thread for a long time and have contributed nothing so far... so maybe take it somewhere else, eh?

Who actually does that? New nickname who hoo.

Of course it's an issue to people in ME, who will get carpet bombed yet agin, when the idiots do something with said passports. Just see what happened after Paris and before any facts were on the table. If they don't think it's an issue for them, they are surely mistaking.

On a totally unrelated note, if the EU used the money they are going to send to Turkey on helping to fund the rebuilding (they haven't yet and nothing has been agreed upon), that is already going on Syria, the money would be a hell of a lot better spent.

We were discussing something going on in the near east. As much as this may surprise you, when you post a thread on a public forum it isn't going to be a feel good echo chamber where everyone just praises your viewpoint and selection of subject matter. It's not like we are talking about the cincinatti Bengals. We're talking about fraudulent Passports. If you can't understand that and understand that threads won't follow your preferred narrative you might want to shut your computer off.

the mid east gets carpet bombed regardless of whether idiot extremists do anything in paris or elsewhere. iraq is flattened although in large part due to crumbling infrastructure but i mean operation shock and awe wasn't exactly meant to take care of civilian structures. and back in 2011 libya was demolished from the sea.

meanwhile Saudi voters elected 20 women for local government seats in the smallest incremental shift toward something

Enourmous amounts of money have been funneled into Iraq afterwards, which has worked like pissing on a forest fire. The same with Afghanistan.

I still don't get why the west seem to think military solutions in the region is a good idea. Diplomacy via the Arab league should have been solution a-y.

Libya was massively airraided as well, we had fighter jets take part in it, so the prime minister could become the head of NATO.

This has been something that puzzled me. America had the ability to revitalize Japan after WW2 alone with no help and the same with Germany with the help of other allied forces. Same thing with South Korea. What happened between the 1950s and now that we completely lost the ability to properly rebuild a country after the war was over?
