It's been 4 days and my cell phone's not picking up any service at all. I kept calling them again and again to ask wtf's going on at their end 'cause I know it's not my phone, I tried SIM cards from other network and they worked fine. Basically I got the impression that I'm the only one in the area who has the problem, other subcribers are unaffected. Goddamn it I just got my phone for like a week!

I had a similar problem back in '01 or so. I had zero GSM service for a few days and AT&T tried in vain to restart and reset my system and theirs. Nothing. It was forwarded to one tech dept after another until one morning I woke up and it was fine...
