Epaulet's rivet chino comes in it, I believe. Will they ship internationally? If not, maybe Brooks Brother's milano-cut chinos.

I tried on a pair of Gap lived-in slim khakis this weekend.  Couldn't tell you how they hold up, but the fit is phenomenal.  More casual than Brooks Brothers Milano.

I highly reccomend the tailored khaki (slim fit) from Gap.

I think the web pics are just a slight bit more loose than how they seem on me. I got one pair on a whim and wore the hell out of them, so I got two more pairs. Sits low on the waist, nice slim fit without being too tight in the crotch. I couldn't ask for more.

Agreed.  The models were fitted with improperly sized pants.  Not sure what the rationale behind that decision was, as it was clearly intentional.

How is the fit on the Epaulet Rivet Chinos compared to the Dockers Alpha?

I have a couple of pairs of the Alphas and while they're comfy, I personally find that the leg doesn't taper enough for me. Or if anyone can recommend some similar quality chinos that have a slimmer leg taper than the Alphas.

Thanks

See the last three posts.  I have to have a tailor taper the leg on my Dockers.  That won't be necessary with the Gap pants mentioned above.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think Epaulet or BB will be slim enough for my chicken legs.

Thanks. I agree that it doesn't look very slim fit nor flattering in the model pics.

I outgrew a pair of my chive green dockers alphas and cant seem to find that colour anywhere online.

anyone care to share where i might find them?

Anybody comment on the quality and fit of the Norse Project Aros, compared to wings and horns westpoint? Is the material and nice?
is there a pair of chino's a bit more tapered than w+h?

@Scoobydrew - Try on a pair in store.  The fit is much more flattering than suggested by the photos online.  I just bought two pairs yesterday, my first Gap purchase in the last decade.

How do Alpha's compare to J. Crew's chinos quality wise?

Also I grabbed a two pairs of the Sun-Faded Urban Slim from J. Crew.  The 31 fit great everywhere except the seat (diaper butt).  The 30 was a little tight in the waist and calves but dat ass fit was on point.  I read these stretch a ton, so keep the 30 or 31?

Edit: Just looked at the last post.  Apologies for resurrecting this thread.
