Unexpected encounters with celebrities - Page 119

Was in NYC last Wednesday on business and was waiting to meet a couple of SF members for lunch (celebrities in their own right, though the encounter was not unexpected). Standing outside The National on Lexington when Troy Aikman walked by. He was there for the NFL draft obviously.

I've run into a him a lot around town in Dallas, but never before anywhere else. He was actually at my bachelor party back in 1989. He didn't know he was at my bachelor party, but...

First of all I didn't "pick" her.... and how is that even relevant? JFC I admire her world class tennis. I don't give a fuck if she munches rugs, Doritos, or your hairy asshole.

ohhhh... wow... really?? Navratilova won 18 singles, 31 doubles, and 10 mixed doubles ...all Grand Slams....that adds up to 59 ..... genius.

Are you fucking kidding me? That's like comparing the Marlins to the Yankees.... actually not even that close. crackup[1].gif

If Navratilova is so good, how about she challenge Sharapova to a one-on-one match on a court of her choosing? I wonder who would emerge victorious.

Seriously, Kid Nickels. Have a little common sense.

dude... gimme a break. Common sense? Okay.. how about Michael Jordan go one-on-one with Dwayne Wade. That's just stupid. Jordan is old and past his prime... of course Wade wins but the comparison is asinine.
Sharapova will be lucky to win even one more Grand Slam, much less 56. You can't be serious. Obviously they played in different eras, but 59 to 3 and you're talking common sense. That's like asking Muhammad Ali NOW to fight Wladimir Klitschko.... all things being equal and in his prime Ali would have eaten that Ukrainian mofo alive... and so would Martina. Why would you make such dogmatic statements on a topic about which you are so clearly ill-informed. 59-3... that's all.

and btw... she won her last Grand Slam in 2006, just a month shy of her 50th birthday. Sharapova is 25 and my money says she does make it much past 30.

which, if so, means Neo is an idiot. Is that funny or is his life just that pathetic? Maybe he can troll his hairy asshole in hopes that Martina will munch it.
