Bread is a baked, product consisting of flour, water, salt, and yeast - at it's most basic. Many times fat is, added to the dough to give it a better, mouthfeel. Various techniques, and different ingredients, are added or substituted to provide a different product - resulting in delicacies such as pumpernickel, rye, whole wheat, sourdough, and even challah.

Bread is commonly, found in your average, US, mega-mart, although the, good breads are produced from, bakeries. Bakeries are, businesses that make bread, and bread-related products. Some bakers will portion bread, dough in, less-than-loaf (LTL) portions for, easy cartage. These are called, rolls, and can commonly be, found at your average mega-mart, as well as, better restaurants.

Challah's a bread for Rabbinic priests and peasants, and it should be kept that way. I mean look at it. That's not a bread, that's a vestigial organ.

Kitchen aid, stand mix with, dough hook, have I too. Save it for doughs, needing much kneading, like bagels. Bagels are a, bitch to make, but homemade, taste so good.

Bagels, homemade, you make??? ,

A french Toast, bagel, is by Panera, made, and I sampled, it once, and fell, to the, ground in, astonishment. I suppose, I could use, store-bought, bagels and fry them as, french, toast, but it would lack, charm and, portability.

Still a bitch, but easier, if pan, by Bapporama, you have. Three parts, reservoir, perforated insert, then lid. Bagel dough, make you, then form, bagels. Place water in pan, reservoir. Put bagels in this Bapporama pan. Oven causes proofing. Or, make bagels, and boil the, bastards, in sugar water, then bake.

A bitch, either way.
