Virtual guarantee. They are really pushing for business these days... desk has authority to upgrade.

Wish I knew this earlier. What's so great about the Towers? How's it better than the regular Waldorf Dungeons?

Towers has nice suites, brighly lit, good views. A feel of quiet contentment and luxury pervades the place.

The W-A is practically a different hotel. Filled with conventions, tourists, and so on. Nothing really awful, but nothing too special, either, except for the classic restaurants on the ground floor and lobby, which I enjoy even if they aren't real destination eateries.
