Hey guys,
This beautiful pair of 100% authentic RM Williams Chelsea boots is up for sale. They can be dressed up or dressed down. RM Williams produces nothing but quality products. The details on these boots are so intricate, and the design is classic. They feature a "flat heel", rounded last, and sewn welt oil resistant sole . Like all chelseas, they have elastic sides! The boots are leather lined. This pair has seen almost no wear! The oil-resistant sole is still in impeccable condition, with only minor wear on it. You can still see the texture on the sole itself. The soft, supple leather is in beautiful condition. The creases are very, very minor.
Here's some measurements. Because the sole is sewn on, the outsole measurements will be slightly bigger than the actual foot room on the inside. I have tried to compensate for this by providing additional measurements.
Outsole measurements
Length including sewn welt sole: 12.875 inches
Length up to the stitches: 12.625 inches
Heel: 0.9375 inches
Widest width including sewn welt sole: 4.5 inches
Widest width from welt stitch to welt stitch (functional width): 4 inches
I estimate that there is 11.5 inches of foot room on the inside, but part of that is the rounded last, thus you won't get a functional 11.5 inches of room. For reference, my feet are about 11.15 inches and these shoes fit perfectly. These are tagged an Australian size 10.5G (normal width). This does NOT translate to US 11.5, as size charts would suggest. RM Williams doesn't increase boot length unless you go up a full size. The only difference between a 10.5 and a 10 is the width. I wear US size 10.5-11 in everything, and these fit me perfectly. I would say they fit close to a US 11.
