The plebes of today will be the old money of tomorrow because it is easy to buy a title ,a blason and even a piece of history if you really want to and money ,a lot of it, can open you the doors of any aristocratic circles ,more than a title...

Nouveau Riche and old money are the same. While the nouveau riche mayor of Moscow is making money out of tearing down old Moscow landmarks and giving his wife's family the contracts to put up new ones, the Bush family is making cash hand over fist in New Orleans and Iraq and they are supposed to be old money.
