Wearing L'Artisan Mechant Loup, and finally picked up on the molasses note. So it's anise/molasses, for the most part. I kind of like it.

Told ya Trying out L'Artisan Poive Piquant. I can't quite get a handle on this one. It opened very bold and sweet and now its dried down into this powdery musky smell.

After seeing how well Joel did with his Creed split I put up a Le Labo poll to see who would be interested in splitting which fragrances. Let me know if you want to get in.

Seems you're still suffering from said condition.

Yesterday I forgot to apply any before leaving the house, ended up wearing a sample of Givenchy Play that I had in my desk. It's like a light John Varvtos.

Today: Not sure yet. Chanel for Men, perhaps?

Today: Terre D'Hermes and it has racked up a few compliments! I often stray to Creed Green Irish Tweed (or even the old school with Davidoff Cool Water) but keep coming back to the Hermes fragrance as my staple.

Tried out Terre d'Hermes pure parfum again yesterday. I'm buying this one. Today, who knows.

Today, again forgot to apply anything before leaving the house. Therefore, Givenchy Play. Need better samples in my desk drawer.

Oops, I meant Poivre 23. Don't know why they need the numbers in their names at all. I believe "Poivre" is actually french for pepper, which is the top note of this fragrance. The pepper dissapears after a couple of minutes but I like the warm spicy note that develops and stays for a while.
