Wow, that's amazing! I think you'd do well to go for that. Coeur de Vetiver Sacre is, as the name suggests, a vetiver scent, but the vetiver doesn't dominate as it does, say, in Sycomore, Dior Vetiver, Guerlain Vetiver, etc. (Vetiver is a sharp, often smoky note that's very masculine.) The fragrance is very well rounded, with spicy notes, tea notes, and a remarkable apricot note.

Today: Coeur de Vetiver Sacre.

No, I just have a sample. I definitely do not enjoy it enough to buy a whole bottle. Sometimes I'm not sure I enjoy it at all!

I am also wearing L'Artisan today: for me it's Dzing!

I'm a fan of this fragrance - it is just like what L'Inc said, the vetiver is definitely there but you first get a blast of ripe stone fruit, kind of like the fruit in Tuscan Leather. I think they did a remarkable job with the use of vetiver and keeping the vetiver prominent, but it being a first among equals in the overall construction, which seems to be hard to do from what I've read and smelled.

Hmm, I might give it a shot especially for the price. So far for vetivers I liked Malle's Vetiver Extraordinaire but was let down by the longevity of Lutens Vetiver Oriental. I haven't worn my sample of Fat Electrician so maybe I'll give it a try this afternoon. I have TF Grey Vetiver and Atelier Vetiver Fatal on the way too.

Wore Pure Havane last night. It was way too sweet on me, almost sickly sweet. Also, I spent a week in Havana two years ago (concert performances, we had State Dept. permission) and this just doesn't seem at all evocative of the way I remember it. Looking forward to trying Pure Malt though as this one didn't really do it for me.

Is that a good one? I passed up bottles of that for $35 at the sale I was at a while ago. Damn.

Today I'm wearing Eau L'Ente.

It's an animalic white floral. To my nose the gardenia is very prominent, but I see lots of other people saying tuberose is the dominant white flower. Honestly, it's not often that I'm in the mood for it, mainly because it's not often I'm in the mood for gardenia. I don't think you made a mistake passing up the bottle.

Masculine. It's my goto frag after a shave.

Getting intimidated by all the exotic niche scents here lately.

I am being my creative original self today- SOTD Chanel Egoiste.

Didn't really like Fat Electrician, as much as I wanted to based on the name alone. Sort of smelled like someone sprayed grapefruit on latex gloves or something. Wearing ELDO Je Suis Un Homme now. This one I really like!
