Last night: Guerlain Vetiver. I'm really not satisfied with this as I used to be after using a sample of Dior Vetiver.

Longevity was better than last time (I literally couldn't smell it after a minute). But yeah, it's extremely fleeting. Wouldn't recommend purchasing it. While it lasts it's good though. Maybe one has to apply 1-2 ml or reapply every 30-60 minutes.

I think I'm one of the few people in the fragrance community who actually dislike Eau d'Orange Verte. It was one of the first fragrances I ever bought (I bought it blind), but I've never enjoyed it. I still have that bottle, which is about half full.

I've got one of those half-liter bottles that someone gave me. I can see why they are sold in such large quantities.

Bummer. Well, maybe the two or three applications you have left will change your mind.

Owing to certain words that have been typed into the Internet, I am wearing Dans tes Bras today.

I wore this last night, as well. For some reason, the super vetiver-weediness of the vintage bottle I have is slightly off-putting to me lately. I have yet to try Dior Vetiver, but I have to admit my tastes have been shifting away from the vetivers. confused.gif

Fred, have you tried Geranium Pour Monsieur - it's one of the most unique light/work fragrances I've ever smelled and purchased a bottle quickly. Dans tes Bras is a beautiful scent and unlike anything I've ever smelled, but I can't wear it because a good friend fell in love with it when my wife was trying it out and we ended up buying her a bottle for her birthday. So now, my wife will not wear it no let me do so because she just wants to associate it with our friend.

LOL! I haven't tried that one, but I need to put the credit card away for the time being. Wore TF Oud Wood today.
