But thanks for the Derby—that's also in the mix to get a hold of!

Also, you still haven't paid me the $600 you owe me for the Clive Christian No. 1 that I sent you. Try to remember to do that soon.

Can someone recommend a citrus and/or vetiver fragrance? I've been considering doing a blind buy of either Creed OV/Vetiver, Guerlain Vetiver or one of its flankers, or else TF's Grey Vetiver. Unfortunately a lot of these, according to fragrantica, have pretty deplorable longevity and projection. Anyone have personal experience with either of the aforementioned?

Regrettably, I sold my TdH last Fall, although I was never THAT in love with it (and certainly not enough that'd warrant another purchase).

I'd recommend two fragrances that open with citrus and that develop into a vetiver base: Bergamote 22 by Le Labo and Vetiver by Dior. (The Dior is part of their Private Collection, not the regular lineup.) If I had to pick only one to recommend, it would be the Dior.

Dior Jules yesterday and Sunday Cologne/Fantastic Man today for Mothers' Day. I feel I have recovered my self-image after Friday.

Geez, L'Inc, I have no memory of that. I'll have to send you a check (if I remember...) rimshot.gif

Noir Épices. I still don't get the fragrance. I mean, it's not unpleasant or anything. It's just rather forgettable.

It is a fact of truth that I am wearing Louve today.

Only the best for the mom's in my life! AVENTUS.. Great longevity and projection in the 90+ degree weather we had today.

Exactly my sentiment for Dunhill Fresh which I am wearing today.

Himalaya today. Not impressed with the longevity of this one.

Jubilation XXV. Still among my very favorites.

Opardu by Puredistance today. It's a very nice floral, with lilac and gardenia most prominent. It dries down into a sweet, musky base.
