I have loved Vol de Nuit since first sniff, but another perfume has also captured my heart: Sous le Vent - both of these are of stunning beauty and the fact that they are both created by the same house just blows my mind.

+1

I've sniffed the current EdP, and also thought it was really beautiful. Since my experience with the vintage version of Vol de Nuit has me convinced that vintage is the way to go with these classic Guerlains, I'm really looking forward to sampling the vintage version, as well... if I can ever track it down!

Yeah, I got that from you quite a while ago now! I've still got a fair bit left. As with most of the Le Labos, it is misnamed. It should be called Orange Blossom 17.

Put on a shitload of Patchouli 24 on last night and it, of course, is still going strong. I really like this stuff, but I'm one of those who loved mincemeat pie as a child.
