I might have to swing by. I make an excellent wing man at a gay club. Sadly, its usually because two men come up to me at a time.

It's okay. I'll loan you a Bedat. Not as good, but the queenz won't know. wink.gif

in any case, watch or no, you're welcome to be my wing man at any time. We'll have to travel to a gay bar, though, as my home town is in a dry county. If there ain't no beer, there ain't no queer.

I don't know who Petarch was, but if he wrote sonnets about hopping in the back of a pickup and driving across town to get it on in a seedy bar, then he's my type of guy.

It sounds better when done in quatrains, but yeah... that's about right. smile.gif

Looks like there's been a breakout of the sillies in SOTD!

Have you heard the Oak Ridge Boys' cover of Seven Nation Army?

In both cases, give the heavy ambers a try. Tom Ford Amber Absolute (if you can find it), Goutal's Ambre Fetiche, Lutens' Ambre Sultan, - and then a bit outside the genre I'd also rec Chanel Coromandel and Antaeus (although a bit 80's), Knize Ten, and Tauer's L'Air du Desert Marocain. Easier to find would e something like Habit Rouge or John Varvatos (original, black-bottle)

Also consider: Prada Amber Intense. That's a good one to try and shouldn't be too hard to locate.
