Vintage Tabarome for me today. It is by Creed and worn by such luminaries as L'Incandescent. And Baron. (Not Baron von Raschke, though, at least as far as I know.)

You should get your name on the Creed SA Celebrity-wearer cheat card behind every counter.

I'm afraid they'd mispronounce it. Better just tell them to put Baron's name on there.
Also, I bet at least 60% could pronounce El Argentino right.

Going out tonight with Pasha de Cartier. A nice, no nonsense, non-offensive, very masculine aromatic. Imagine Havana with less spice and a dose of mint. Nothing to rock your world, but a gentlemanly scent with a little bit of hair on his chest.

Yesterday evening, after housework and a shower, I went with SL L'Eau Froid. It's, um...there. Kind of.

Never tried that one. The SLs I did try were many things, but "there, kind of" definitely wasn't one of them. That shit's so thick you apply it with a paint scraper.

Wish it was called L'eau Freud, though. The ad slogan could be, "Smells like your mother."

Samsara today for a wet, hot day. I'll be wonderfully cloying all day to everyone within a half-mile radius.

Day: FM - En Passant.
Night: Vol de Nuit vintage parfum.

I've worn En Passant about half a dozen times now and three female friends of mine had strictly forbidden me to wear that ever again. On several occasions, mind you. They approved of the scent itself, but its femininity would not suit me at all. Although I like En Passant, I feel where they are coming from.

So clean, transparent and fresh. Bergamot and flowers, but I fail to get any honey or musk. Im pretty sure they would dislike that one as well.

Yeah, it is quite feminine. But it smells so good.

Dude, you're a sadist - I couldn't imagine smelling Samsara on a hot, humid day. Or on myself for that matter, so maybe you're a masochist as well!
