I lost 100 pounds over the past year or so. Compared my recent picture with one when I was a big fatty; pretty shocking. Thought I'd share it... http://img74.imageshack.us/img74/9645/55534062ud8.jpg sporting nudies and AE's The before picture I'm sporting my sweet pac sun gear, bullhead jeans, independent skater sweatshirt, and probably kswiss court shoes. EDIT: here's a thread with everything that I did-- http://styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=43188

Thanks guys, To sum it up, I got smart. Knowledge was the biggest key-- researching what foods to eat, when to eat them, what exercise plan to use, etc. Lifting weights helped a lot and HIIT cardio. In the end it was all about motivation though. Here's another with my face, http://img74.imageshack.us/img74/8070/58324653eg8.jpg

Awesome, awesome job, man. You did it all on your own? How long have you kept the weight off?
That's damn impressive. How do you feel now?

I've kept it off for 5 months or so now. Yeah, I did it all on my own. Started out on a stationary bike in my basement and eventually joined a gym. Thanks to the internet I didn't need anyone to tell me what to do. My health improved a lot too. I was on blood pressure medication and I dropped it down drastically and got to come off of the medicine. Confidence was definitely the biggest change other than my appearance. I feel great now. It's honestly like a different life, I can't believe I was ever that person. It was always my dream when I was that person to be a guy who could get girls, and now I am. Everyone looks at you differently, not just women. People respect me more and treat me better, it's weird.
