I'm trying to improve my photographic, listing, and shipping skills. Here's a nice free suit to help me in that goal.

I've thought about selling some stuff on Ebay for over a year now.

Vman and DocHolliday and others have been really helpful with ideas and suggestions.

Hopefully, this will go to someone that could use it and will wear it, rather than someone that resells it.

It's an Italian made DB, Size 54-7 European. It measures out to be more of a size 42R or 43R American. Condition is great and it can be a good workhorse suit for someone starting out or a good additional suit for someone.

It's a 6-2 DB with pleated pants, and is a nice gray-brown solid color. The weight is medium-light and it should work for all but the hottest days.

It's a house brand, Linea Milano, from M. Penner, a very fine Houston store. I asked Penner who the maker was and even he wasn't sure ( the suit is about 10 years old). He guessed that it was made for Penner by Lubiam or an equivalent maker ( maybe Mabro). I'll include a coordinating tie too (not pictured).

Here are some particulars and measurements:

Here's the deal. Contact me if you think you can use this suit and will wear it. I'm going to practice my packing skills and I'm going to ship it in a flat rate USPS box. That is $8.90. Tracking is an additional $.65 and is recommended. That's a total of $9.55. I want to do this solely by Paypal, and to cover Paypal charges, I'll make it a grand total of $9.95.

That's so kind of you, rnoldh. A very good looking suit also. Vintage(as in, made more than 4 or 5 years ago) Lubiam are of decent quality; I have a cord jacket made by them that I like very much.

As for the listing, I'd suggest you put in waist measurement for the jacket. (Please see A. Harris measurement guide over at AAAC for details) Info on whether it's fused or canvased would be helpful as well.

I'm surprised it hasn't been snapped up, I was half tempted but it would need a fair bit of tailoring

Very generous of you.
