They will shrink a bit more the next time you dry them. If your shirts are dark colored, I highly recommend you hang dry them anyway because the dryer does a hell of a number on the collars of my dark AA shirts.

I don't machine dry any of my tshirts i wear with actual outfits. Don't feel like dealing with shrinking or losing shape. I have a ton of them i wash/dry that i use for sports and stuff though.

You know he might be more top heavy or bottom heavy than you are. A perfect example is a cyclist fitting snug into a more relaxed jean because of big quads while you may fit relaxed.

I only wear bamboo tees these days, but I get them from our distributor. If you can find them, I highly suggest purchasing a couple. They are a lot softer and lighter than any organic cotton tee and they fit awesome, plus they don't really shrink and are machine washable which is what I truly love about them...

I just ordered some new BDG shirts from UO and found out they increased their sizing! (That exclamation point should be read in a negative context) Anyway, anyone know of any decent t-shirts that have a 21" pit-to-pit?

BTW, the new BDG pit-to-pit sizing in a large is 21.5" if anyone's interested

i picked up those bdg shirts around sale time for $4 a pop...........definitely like em....nice, soft and slim they havent really lost their shape too much after a few washes

It's true. The BDG 100% cotton tshirts from a year or two ago fit me amazing and are comfy.

Thanks Tegar, but I tried on a J Crew medium and a large and my ideal size would have been in between them...medium was too small with those horizontal stretch lines between the pecs. ...and yeah, it was probably about two years ago that I got the ones I am now trying to replace - the new ones aren't even made with as good of a material IMO; however, they're still better then most. So frustrating.

I have to give it up to Target and their Mossimo brand athletic fit shirts. They taper greatly, have slim armholes, come in a wide variety of colors and v-necks, are available everywhere, and at under $10 a pop aren't too pricey, either.

^ Yeah, maybe I'll check them out. I was actually at Target today too and purchased a couple of Hanes "Perfect" Tees, but they were a loss. The problem with all those types of shirts is they package them so you can't try them on and once they're opened, you can't return them. Anyone need a medium or large white Hanes Perfect T? I may try AA too, but last time I did, they didn't fit well either...it's probably just time to buy a serger and teach myself sewing.

How about Costco's Kirkland brand? I think it on the slim side and it's definitely thicker than the Hanes and Jockeys.
